HNS Policy
Contracted health care professionals must cooperate fully with any compliance investigations initiated by HNS, HNS’ Health Benefit Plan Sponsors, and/or a governmental agency and/or as otherwise provided by law. Contracted healthcare professionals must accept as final any decision by HNS or its committees regarding the outcome of an investigation.
