Don’t Forget Your HNS Payor IDs!
To ensure that Office Ally™ transmits your HNS claim file to HNS, you must include the appropriate HNS information and HNS payor ID number in each claim.
You must include “HNS”, the HNS address, and the name of the payor on each claim.
Example:
HNS/BCBSNC
HBC01
PO Box 2368
Cornelius, NC 28031
Without ALL of the information above, your claim will not be transmitted to HNS!
